Willow Creek at Bearspaw
www.willowcreekbearspaw.com

Willow Creek at Bearspaw is a premier Prairie Estate Community situated minutes outside of Calgary, Alberta's largest city. Calgary is located in the foothills of Alberta's Rocky Mountains and is a sophisticated city surrounded by 19 rural municipalities and jurisdictions. With a population of over 1.2 million people, the Calgary Economic Region is a magnet for young urbanities (the average age is just 35) looking for a superb quality of life. It is a major distribution and transportation hub and one of Canada's major commerce centers. Calgary has experienced a recent boom due primarily to the expansion of the petroleum industry. However, agriculture, tourism and high-tech industries have also contributed to the growth. The energy sector is the backbone of Calgary's economy. The energy industry covers many aspects of the value chain including production, refining, marketing, and power fuel sources such as oil and gas (fossil fuels), biofuels, and sustainable and renewable energies.

Ten Peaks is actively engaged in the acquisition and development of four quarter sections of land in Bearspaw representing over 600 acres. The properties are well located in Bearspaw and Ten Peaks is positioned to be the dominant developer in the area.

Panorama at Pueblo
www.imaginepanorama.com

Panorama is located in Pueblo, Colorado, a vibrant community located 110 miles south of Denver along the southern edge of the state's major growth corridor. With a population over 120,000, Pueblo is one of the largest steel-producing cities in the United States and home to a number of electronics and aviation companies. With the recent announcement of the world's largest Wind-Tower manufacturing facility, Pueblo is quickly becoming the renewable energy capital within the region. The Panorama projects, located in Northern Pueblo, are in the center of Pueblo's long-term economic shift toward the north. The northern-most area of town has witnessed substantial residential and retail commercial development over the past few years. Development of this area is partially related to Pueblo's increasing interaction with El Paso County's economy. The company also believes Pueblo is poised for favorable population growth through new investment in alternative energy facilities, a $2.1 billion expansion of nearby Fort Carson, a United States Army base, and orchestrated efforts of the local economic development corporation, including the relocation of baby boomers.

Ten Peaks is currently developing a 167-acre piece of land purchased from Colorado State University. The land is located in Northern Pueblo, adjacent to the college campus and borders the Walking Stick Golf and Country Club. The property is zoned with services in place for phase one development, including pre-sales, which are also underway with homes currently under construction. Ten Peaks recently acquired an additional 1,180 acre parcel directly attached to the north of Panorama. This large land assembly allows for the building of a master-planned community to include residential lake features, a 27-hole golf course, 4,800 homes and more than one million square feet of commercial space. Such a large land assembly poises Ten Peaks to be the dominant developer in the area.
